Terms
of Sale…

Last updated: 10/05/2026

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases, consultancy engagements, memberships and services provided through https://firearmslicensing.net (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Quick Summary (Plain English)

This summary is for clarity only. The full Terms of Sale below are the legally binding version.

1. What We Do

We support responsible shooting by providing expert, evidence‑based guidance on the firearms licensing regime. We help you prepare, understand and navigate the process. We will always be honest, even when the advice is not what you hoped for.

2. What You’re Responsible For

You remain responsible for the information you provide and anything submitted to the police. We help you get it right but you remain the applicant or certificate holder.

3. No Promises About Outcomes

We give the best advice we can. Licensing decisions are made by the police, so we cannot guarantee results.

4. Confidentiality & Data

Everything you share is treated as confidential and handled in line with UK data protection law.

5. How We Work Together

We’ll be clear, honest and straightforward and we ask the same in return.

6. What Membership Does Not Include

Membership does not include support for existing, ongoing or historic licensing issues. These require separate consultancy arrangements.

7. Honesty Is Essential

We rely on full and truthful information. If information is withheld, incomplete or untruthful, we may stop working with you immediately.
