He took over communication with the licencing team, 2 weeks later I got a call and they are doing my ticket (said 2 weeks).
It was in on time (3months, with medical), given a 8 week extension, then told it was my responsiblity to store once it ran out.
Still fingers crossed it will arrive on time.
